Celebrating 60 years of

holiday fairs!

 

A prize of any size is appreciated. Prizes less than $250 will be combined to make themed baskets. The prizes and experiences will be reviewed by the North Pole Team to determine if they will be raffled or part of the silent auction.

 

  • Individual Donors: May choose to recognize a person, family, group, or special occasion with their donation to the North Pole Bazaar & Bistro. 
  • Business Donors: We are grateful for the support of local businesses. As a token of our appreciation, we will recognize participating businesses through our parish communications and event promotions, which may include our website, church bulletin, social media, event signage, and other outreach materials.
  • Donations of $250+ will have the individual dedication, and business promotion near the prize that was donated.
  • Pick up or Drop off the prize will be an option on the form. The Drop Off location will be the Parish Office during normal business hours. For Pick Up a member of the North Pole Team will contact to coordinate.

Donate Prize - Basket - Experience

Thank you for supporting this parish community fundraising event. Once, the donation has been received an acknowledgement letter, suitable for tax substantiation of the donation, will be sent via email if available.
